I had never been before so when Tanice suggested going I was very excited. It was all Christmassy with lots of festive food and drink and decorations. There was also an ice rink but I'm not really too keen on ice skating! Lyn and I offered to watch Tanice but for some reason she didn't take us up on that offer ;)
I took lots of photos and really wish I had a Christmas tree to decorate this year as there were so many lovely decorations, however I'm going on holiday on boxing day until the 6th December, and the last thing I want to be doing is taking down a Christmas tree when I have loads and loads of unpacking and washing to do.
So I will have to go again next year and buy all the decorations then!
As much as I wanted to buy everything there, I only bought a bottle of spiced warm apple juice(YUM), an alcohol version(even better), some really cute Christmassy chocolates for someone, who I won't mention because I think she may read my blog, and some wasabi peas because they looked yummy.
It was a lovely day out and the roast dinner we went for after was amazing.
I've already drank most of my 'apple winter warmer' but will save the cider for Christmas day.
